Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the carrier. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier and your local post office for assistance.
